Request a quote from Iclimb Tree Services Melbourne 

Whether by phone, email, or through the website, the is the first point of contact for all of our customers are managed by the owner  Dylan. 

Dylan get relevant details, such as your name, address, email address, and a description of the job.

With this information a client profile is created on our system. This profile is used by our team to log details relevant to the job such as written quotes, job notes, tree reports and recurring maintenance schedules.

Expect a visit from one of our friendly team members 

We  will schedule a time with you too visit the property to go through the job,  this is generally within 1-3 days after contacting us.

If you are unavailable to be present when we visit, this consult can easily  be done over phone from our visiting team member.

With your profile on hand we will carefully evaluate your trees and take notes relevant to the job.

We then Taylor a quote specific to your job which is  quickly sent to your email , alternatively we can provide you with a paper quote if required.

All quotes are accepted by email 

Quotes may include different options, as well as recommendations so Be sure to read your quote carefully, and let us know if you need any changes made or clarifications.

If everything looks good and your happy with the quote, scheduling is easy, just click the  (accept quote) tab at the bottom of the the quote. 

This will immediately notify our team  you would like to proceed with the job. 

Shortly after accepting the quote one of team members will contact you to schedule a time at your convenience.

We usually are able to book jobs with in 1-2 weeks.

If you have preferred dates or even need the job done immediately  please let us know and we will do our best to schedule around your circumstances.

Our team work weekdays and most weekends. 

We often do more than one job in a day, so when scheduling what time we will arrive. We give you a ETA window for example between 10-11am on a particular date .

What you need to do on the day 

our system will notify you by text or email  that the crew is in route to your property

If you are unable to be home at the scheduled time, don’t worry! our team can easily carry out the job  and lock gates ect behind us when we leave 

Do you have items placed near or around the trees we are working on? Like pot plants or outdoor furniture.. our team will assess a working area and  move all items clear.  once the job is completed we will  move everything back in place.

Our team takes pride in every job we complete and we always make sure the entire working area is left tidy and clean of all debris. With our fine tooth rakes and high powered leaf blower your yard will be left neater than we we arrived 

Once the job is  completed 

Once we have completed the job and you are satisfied, we send you an invoice.

All invoices are generated on our system and sent to you by email. 

Payments are super easy,, by clicking on the (pay now ) tab located at the bottom of the invoice 

Accepted payment types  inc direct  bank transfer, credit card payments and cash. Please contact our team if you have any problems processing the payment
